Thank you for your interest in the Logo and Branding Support. We need some basic information to get started on completing your request. This information will only be used by the FCSSAA and will not be shared with anyone.

3.What is the program/district name you want in your logo?
(Please ensure you double check your spelling.)(Required.)
4.What, if any, social media platforms do you need a profile logo created for?
5.For your e-letterhead, please provide the mailing address and any other information you would like included on it (e.g. website address).
6.How many documents will you be sending for rebranding?
Please email your Word documents for rebranding to: communications@fcssaa.org. Note: We will start working on your logo/document files once we receive your documents for rebranding.
7.Will you be sending the documents from the contact email address listed above?
