Introduction

This survey helps us understand your concerns and experiences in the workplace over the past 6 months. Aggregate data will be used to:
  • Identify emerging trends and raise awareness of workplace concerns
  • Promote and support communication between Local 002 members, the Public Service Commission, and Departmental Resources to ensure workplace concerns are identified addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide a mechanism for obtaining information and influencing HR policies
The survey contains the following sections:
  • Training, workload and work-life balance
  • Respect in the workplace
  • Occupational health and safety
You may skip any sections that are not relevant, but by answering as many questions as possible you can help us identify and address trends in the workplace.
