This survey is intended to gather input from area residents and users of Mill Park. Your responses will help guide the goals and decisions that will be created to plan for future investments. This survey has 10 questions and should take you less than 5 minutes.
The survey will be available for four weeks for community participation. The survey will be available for electronic participation through Survey Monkey, with paper copies at City Hall. The survey will be available from October 9th through November 6th.  Paper copies can be dropped off at City Hall or in the bill box after office hours.
