Introduction

Thank you for participating in the 2025 LeadingAge Connecticut Compensation & Benefits Survey for Long-term Care and Senior Housing Providers. Your input is very important!

This survey applies to all Senior Executive Management*, Salaried Positions, and Hourly Nursing Staff.

From time to time, based on feedback from Leading Age members, the LeadingAge Survey will add on a trial basis new positions to gauge response. Please note that any (new) positions need to have at least 5 responses to report out. This year's trial position is the Medical Director (after Executive Compensation section).

Completing the survey is easy and convenient. It is in an easy online format - the survey should take you less than one hour to complete.

As a membership benefit, all members who participate and complete the survey in its entirety will receive the results free of charge. Your input is very important and there is no cost to participate. Non-participating members are still eligible to purchase the survey results for $400.

We welcome any comments or thoughts you may have on how to improve our compensation and benefit data collection.

*Senior executive management defined as: Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, Administrators, Assistant Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Executive Directors, etc. (or its equivalents).

Survey Schedule

The 2025 LeadingAge Connecticut Compensation & Benefits Survey will be available for completion until February 7th at 5:00PM EST. Survey results will be distributed in April at which time LeadingAge Connecticut will host a session for participants to learn how to interpret and optimize your use of the results.

Survey Cost

There is no cost to participate! Your input is very important. For those of you interested in purchasing the results of the surveys, the costs are as follows:
