2025 Keep Tennessee Beautiful Leader Against Litter

Deadline to apply is January 3, 2025

On March 6th, Keep Tennessee Beautiful (KTnB) will announce the 2025 recipient of the KTnB Leader Against Litter award. This honor will be given to a Tennessee elected official that takes pride in their community, by living the KTnB mission of improving and beautifying their community environment via their leadership activities within the state either at the local, county, city, or state level.

Nominations for this honor should illustrate how the individual shows leadership and goes beyond his/her job description to involve citizens in environmental improvement. Please describe examples of this in action via a standout program that the nominee completed or participated in. This can include, or overlap, with the elected officials daily responsibilities in their daily role (minimum 200 words).
