Thank you for your interest in presenting at LamazeLIVE! in Cleveland, Ohio from March 7-8, 2024. Please complete this application in its entirety to be considered for a speaker role at next year's event.

The application deadline for mainstage presentations expired on July 16. Please note that Lamaze is only currently accepting applications for poster presentations. The deadline to submit an application for a poster presentation is September 24, 2023 at 11:59 pm EDT.

Lamaze welcomes applications from speakers around the globe who are willing to share their knowledge about pregnancy, birth,  early parenting, and education with the Lamaze community.

The Lamaze Conference Planning Committee will carefully review and select presenters based on a variety of factors, including relevance to Lamaze's mission and strategic priorities, quality of application, learning objectives, professional competence of the speaker, and ability to present ideas or information that will broaden the perspective of attendees. Applicants may indicate their interest in presenting a mainstage (general) session or a poster presentation.

Applications must be completed in one sitting. Please be prepared to submit the following items with your application: 
  • Applicant name
  • Email
  • Presenter(s) names and credentials
  • Presentation topic
  • Presentation title
  • Presentation duration
  • Learning objectives
  • Teaching style
  • Presenter(s) resume/CV
  • Details on prior speaking experiences
  • At least two current references that support the presentation (for mainstage sessions)
  • Abstract background, purpose, methods, results, and conclusion (for poster presentations)
All applicants will be notified by mid-August 2023.

Selected presenters will be required to complete a continuing education planning table and follow the Lamaze educational planning process. In addition, selected plenary presenters will receive a discount on conference registration.
