Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to this survey. Your input
is invaluable as we prepare for negotiating our next contract. Our 2022-2024
contract contains many improvements that were all suggested and
championed by our members. Some highlights:

Clarified Quarantine language to be 2 weeks per contract.
Added Juneteenth Holiday.
Severance prior to age 55 if laid off.
Established procedure for removing Oral and Written Reprimands from employee files.
Reestablished Memorandum of Understanding making Nursing Duties voluntary.
Established procedure for remote work events.

This all came about because YOU the Members shared your ideas in our Contact Survey. Below are summaries of the financial
compensation agreements we have achieved through the Collective
Bargaining process, a process that benefits all because we all bargain
together.
Signed Memorandum of Agreement for 2 $1500 retention bonuses.

Health Insurance: 2023 $50 Increase in Family. 2024 $50 Increase in Family.

Wages: Increases of 1.5% and 1.5% in Years 1 and 2, respectively.

Additional 1% increase to Step 9 in Year 1 and $250 increase to 403B in Year 2.

We encourage members to consider becoming more involved in the
negotiating process - there are openings on both the Negotiations Steering
Committee and the Negotiating Team.
