Contest rules:
  • Eligibility: Open to all; participants must be 18+
  • Chili Requirements: Must be pre-cooked using all homemade ingredients; no pre-made sauces
  • Equipment: Bring your own gear; tables, tasting cups/spoons and outlets will be provided
  • On-site: Entrants have 30 mins before/after the event times to set up and clean up
  • Judging: Based on taste, texture, aroma, appearance, and creativity. Prizes for first, second and third place
