16.Has knowledge, experience, and expertise with instructional and curricular technology (i.e., knows how to use computers and other types of modern technology to improve teaching and learning)
17.Record of success increasing student academic achievement (i.e., knows ways to improve how well students do in reading, writing and math)
18.Record of success promoting and supporting students' emotional and social well-being
19.Has experience and expertise with special education students, staff, and programs; is knowledgeable of special education law and procedures (i.e., IEP's)
20.Has experience and expertise working with diverse populations and a track record of implementing policies targeting issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
21.Has experience working successfully with educational foundations
22.Has direct knowledge and/or experience with food services, human resources,
maintenance/grounds/facilities operations in a small district
23.Has experience/expertise with school district funding models, including the Local Control Funding Formula and Necessary Small Schools

25.Has experience working with/establishing partnerships with local cities, county offices of education, county agencies etc.
