Welcome to this survey and thank you for your interest.

The objective of this survey is to explore the level of information, knowledge and decision-making involvement among people impacted by lung cancer in Europe. This survey is open to people diagnosed with lung cancer and those caring for someone with the disease (excluding healthcare professionals).

- The survey will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes and there are no wrong answers. By collecting this information, we hope to understand knowledge gaps, identify information preferences and explore the level of involvement in shared decision-making about treatment and care. Your participation will help to better understand how to support and inform people impacted by lung cancer in Europe.

- Your participation in this survey is anonymous. You will not be asked for your name or any identifiable information, and you will not be recognizable from the results. The report will be open access and available on the LuCE website in November: www.lungcancereurope.eu.

- This is a project led by Lung Cancer Europe (LuCE). LuCE is a non-profit umbrella organisation that represents people with lung cancer and their relatives at a European level. Currently, LuCE represents 44 patient organisations and NGOs working together for the lung cancer community in 26 countries.

We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or comments. Thank you for your collaboration.
