Village of Chase Community Survey

The Village of Chase is updating our Official Community Plan and as part of the process we are seeking input from our residents. We need your input on key issues discussed in this survey to start off the process.

We are inviting all residents, every member of your household, to complete their own survey and submit it to the Village Office. Additional surveys and background information can be downloaded from the Village's website or at the Village Office.

The survey will be tabulated by an independent agency and will be confidential. It is important to note that some of the questions may relate to issues that the Village only has indirect influence on. Regardless, we want your input to provide guidance to key stakeholders on these issues.

All surveys must be completed and submitted by 4:00 pm on January, 31, 2020 to be included in the draw. Only one entry per resident.

As a token of appreciation, Council is promoting shopping at home by offering a gift certificate to local businesses with a total value of $100. Anyone completing a survey must live in Chase and be over 18, and must not be a member of Chase Council, a Village of Chase employee, or an immediate family member of a council member or employee to be eligible to enter.
