By entering the Skyline Loft giveaway, I give permission to Ruby Falls to use photographs, video, and or audio from my bridal shower event at Skyline Loft at Ruby Falls for publication, promotion, publicity, illustration, advertising, or trade in any manner or medium for the purpose of promoting Ruby Falls and Skyline Loft at Ruby Falls. I understand there shall be no compensation or other consideration for the use of said content.

I understand prior to the event, the winner must inform all event attendees that photographs will be taken for promotional purposes. Each event attendee will be required to sign a photo release agreement before or upon arrival to the event.

I understand the winner must reserve their event date by 2/28/25, and event date options include 3/29/2025,3/30/2025, 5/17/2025, 5/31/2025,8/16/25,8/17/2025. The package is voided if the event date is not reserved by the deadline.
