Thank-you for taking the time to complete this follow up uniform survey to assist the P&C to finalise uniform items for 2015.  The survey provides final design options for our school community to choose from. 
 
The P&C Association is committed to having appropriate phase in periods where any uniform changes are approved.  The P&C also understands that minimising the financial costs of school uniforms and providing quality long lasting garments are both significant factors that must be kept in mind when determining school uniform items and policies.
 
This survey will close on Monday 28th July and the results will be discussed at a special P&C Meeting on Wednesday 30th July at 5.30 pm in the school administration building.  All families are welcome to attend P&C meetings and contribute to decision making.
