We are excited to reach the implementation phase of the Isabella Project! This survey form is being used to understand and track Steering Members who are taking a lead role in implementing one or more strategies in the Isabella Roadmap.
If you are already leading a Roadmap strategy or want to lead a strategy in the Roadmap - please complete this survey.
Please select no more than 5 strategies you'd like to lead or are already leading. See the definition below. Dont worry if more than one person says they are leading a strategy - we will sort it out!
Leading Definition:
  • You have the knowledge and capacity to lead efforts toward the successful completion of a Roadmap Strategy.
  • You will set meeting dates and agendas for meetings with others who are interested in being a partner.
Once the group collectively knows which strategies have a person who wants to lead them, then there will be opportunities to partner and collaborate with that lead.
VCCF's role:
Staff will support the Roadmap Strategy Leads by providing meeting templates and other support. VCCF will also track progress across all of the leads at a high level to share periodic updates with Steering members.
