Life Skills Assessment Technical Workshop Registration and Expression of Interest to Present |
Workshop Registration
Alongside the increased policy and programmatic interest in life skills education, there has been a corresponding interest in establishing practical assessment instruments and processes to measure the impact of interventions and help us learn how to scale effective life skills programs.
It is in this spirit that Room to Read and the Center for Universal Education at Brookings (CUE) is convening a group of experts for a two-day technical workshop on life skills measurement.
In the workshop, we will bring together a set of experts with deep knowledge in psychometrics and life skills measurement as well as representatives from several organizations that have developed their own assessments which have been administered in multiple countries. Group discussion on strategies for improving reliability and validity, mitigating biases, optimizing contextualization and scaling into government systems will complement the expert and organizational presentations.
Please answer the following questions to complete your registration and help inform the detailed agenda for the workshop. If you are interested in presenting your experience and data at the workshop, please complete the final section of the survey. Thank you!
