People's Kitchen CO-Coordinator (INCOMING FRESHMEN FAMILY ONLY) (work closely with Campus Ministry to coordinate 'day-of' volunteers at People's Kitchen. 2nd Saturday of: Sept, Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May)

Christmas Classic Admissions Gate Coordinator (works closely with Christmas Classic Head Coordinator to create volunteer sign up and oversee/train volunteers)

Sports Physicals Coordinator (assist Athletics Director in hosting Sports Physicals Night in the late Spring. Recruit volunteers and physicians to provide sports physicals on the MCP campus)

SPORTS TEAM PARENTS CHAIR (attend PA meeting and seasonal Sports Parents Meetings at the beginning of each season to assist AD, email and communicate with individual team parent coordinators, help guide team parents and answer their questions)

Parent Info Nights at Schools Coordinator (assist Enrollment Department in hosting informational meetings for prospective parents in North County, South Count and SLO at Catholic middle schools)

Parent Info Nights in Homes/Community Venue Coordinator (assist Enrollment Department in hosting informational meetings for prospective parents in North County, South Count and SLO at private homes and community venues)

Grounds/Beautification Coordinator (works with Facilities in recruiting volunteers and supplies for grounds beautification projects)

Senior College Signing Day Coordinator (assist Director of College Counseling in decorating for the Senior College Signing Day in May)

Senior Breakfast Coordinator (assist Student Activities and Campus Ministry in recruiting volunteers and contributions via a Sign Up Genius for the Senior Breakfast. Recruit a team of parent volunteers to help prepare meal with MCP Kitchen staff)

Homecoming Dance Coordinator (work closely with Director of Student Activities and Student Leadership to recruit and coordinate volunteers and supplies for the Homecoming dance. Be at the dance to coordinate volunteers and assist students with set up)

Homecoming Royalty Ceremony Coordinator (work closely with Director of Student Activities and Student Leadership to recruit and coordinate volunteers and supplies for the Homecoming Royalty Ceremony in the gym during the day of the football game)

Homecoming Weekday Events Coordinator (work closely with Director of Student Activities and Student Leadership to recruit and coordinate volunteers and supplies for student activities during the week of Homecoming)

Homecoming Game/Ceremony Coordinator (work closely with Director of Student Activities and Student Leadership to recruit and coordinate volunteers and supplies for the Homecoming Crowning Ceremony & Golf Carts at the football game)

Homecoming Powder Puff Coordinator (work closely with Director of Student Activities and Student Leadership to recruit and coordinate volunteers and supplies for the Powder Puff game the Sunday before Homecoming)

Facilities/Grounds (works closely with Director of Facilities to assist in general construction type tasks. Light work, nothing too technical)

Balloon Coordinator (help recruit a team of volunteers to create balloon arches and stands for various school events)

Bingo Night Assistant Coordinator (assist Bingo Night Head Coordinators and Advancement Associate with volunteer recruitment, class level ticket sales, prize acquiring, and night-of oversight of volunteers at MCP's annual Bingo Night in Feb or March)

Family Activity Coordinator (work closely with Advancement Associate to host the Welcome to MCP family get-together at the end of the first week of school and right before the first dance. Create Sign-Up Genius to recruit volunteers and refreshments. Set-up and clean-up. A previous year Mentor is assigned to assist)

Paint the M Coordinator (work closely with Director of Student Activities in creating the Sign-Up Genius to recruit volunteers, supplies, and refreshment for Paint the M. A previous year Mentor is assigned to assist)
