Football Admissions Gate Head Coordinator (works with Athletics Director to recruit, coordinate and oversee the admissions gate during football games)

Football Visiting Team Relations Coordinator (works with Athletics Director to welcome visiting teams, guide them to their locker room and answer facility questions during football games)

SPORTS SUPPORT CHAIR (attend PA meetings, email team below highlights & reminders)

Christmas Classic Admissions Gate Coordinator (works closely with Christmas Classic Head Coordinator to create volunteer sign up and oversee/train volunteers)

Sports Physicals Coordinator (assist Athletics Director in hosting Sports Physicals Night in the late Spring. Recruit volunteers and physicians to provide sports physicals on the MCP campus)

SPORTS TEAM PARENTS CHAIR (attend PA meeting and seasonal Sports Parents Meetings at the beginning of each season to assist AD, email and communicate with individual team parent coordinators, help guide team parents and answer their questions)

Auction - Class Item Coordinator (work closely with Auction Chair to coordinate and create class level auction item in September. Create item theme, Sign-Up Genius for class level parent donations, and communicate needs and involvement with class through the Class Secretary. Help promote sales of event tickets at class level if needed)

Staff Appreciation Coordinator (Oversee assigned staff appreciation quarter. Organize staff appreciation luncheon on assigned date, create Sign-Up Genius for volunteers and contributions for luncheon, and monitor Staff Birthday sign-up. Senior: Feb-Mar; Juniors: Aug-Oct; Sophomores: Nov-Jan; Freshmen: Apr-July)

Graduation Receptions Coordinator (assist Advancement Associate with coordinating volunteers and supplies through Sign-Up Genius with the reception in the Mission Garden immediately following Baccalaureate. Set up and oversee refreshments area during graduation ceremony)
