Residents of Grosse Pointe Woods who would like to be added to the wait list for the 2024 Polar Express event should complete the form below.

If tickets become available, the Parks and Recreation Department will contact the waitlist participants in the order of wait list request submission by date and time.

Please note:
  • Reservation requests must be made by the GPW resident residing at the household.
  • There will be a limit of eight tickets per GPW household for the entire event.
  • Phone or walk-in reservation requests will not be accepted.
