Introduction

The Hudson Yards Hell’s Kitchen Alliance (HYHK), a business improvement district, is exploring expanding the district, including the area north of 42nd Street. We have created a survey to assess the needs and conditions of the neighborhood. This survey is open to residents, business owners, and property owners within the prospective expansion area.
