A panel of judges will select winners based on the information provided in this form and the photographs submitted. They will be judging the overall beauty and sustainability of the garden.

Before you begin, read through the Sustainable Landcare Principles, take a look at the Nomination Questions and draft your response before beginning the official form below. Then complete the following questions to tell us about the garden and the gardening practices used to support these principles. You must complete the entry form in one sitting, you will not be able to save and come back. If you take too long completing the form, Survey Monkey may time out!
