Parent/Family Survey

We are in the process of completing a comprehensive needs assessment for our school improvement plan. Stakeholder feedback is paramount for addressing areas of improvement. The purpose of this survey is to determine parents' and families' perceptions and thoughts regarding the school. There are no right or wrong answers to any of the questions. Parents/Families are encouraged to respond honestly so that valid information can be obtained. Thanks in advance for completing our eleven question survey.
1.The principal establishes, communicates, and routinely supervises the implementation of clear and consistent expectations, routines, and procedures that promote safety.

9.The school has provided support to my child as he/she has transitioned from one level to the next: elementary to middle school, middle school to high school.
