It is widely acknowledged that the leadership team is essential to the success of a high growth venture – however, the degree to which this influences investment decisions and the effective execution of exit strategies lacks meaningful analysis. With this study, we are asking participants to contribute to what we believe will be a ground breaking piece of research that seeks to eliminate the alchemy and expose the fundamental issues, current trends and tangible commercial impact of talent on investment-backed businesses.
