OPS General Conditions Survey

Background

This survey is administered by the Municipal Engineers Association on behalf of the OPS General Conditions Committee. Completing the survey should take no more than 10 minutes.

The OPS General Conditions Committee is tasked with the review and update of the OPSS.MUNI.100 (General Conditions of Contract). The review/update period is every 5 years. The Committee is working on the coming update (Nov 2024) and part of the Committee's workplan is to obtain feedback from stakeholders on the current version of the OPSS.MUNI.100.
