North Shore Radon Awareness Community Education Event Survey |
January is Radon Awareness Month!
Radon is a colorless, odorless, radioactive gas that can seep into homes and is the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. In Wisconsin, 1 in 10 homes has high radon levels, making testing essential for health and safety.
The North Shore Health Department, in partnership with the Southeast Regional Radon Center, is hosting a 1-hour community radon awareness event at the end of January. Please take a moment to answer a few quick questions to help us plan—thank you!
