Thank you for your interest in TransECHO. This is an opportunity for your health center to learn from experts and a cohort of peer organizations in order to increase the availability of culturally-responsible, comprehensive primary care for transgender and gender diverse. TransECHO uses the Project ECHO model in conjunction with the application of practice transformation principles. Your health center will work alongside other health centers to create systems of care that support your transgender and gender non-binary patients.

Accepted organizations will be asked to attend a 30-45 minute orientation call before the first session.

To participate in TransECHO, you will attend 12 sessions and you must have at least one medical provider and one behavioral health provider who will attend. You must submit cases when assigned, you must participate actively, and you must be a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or look-alike. Selected participants will need to confirm these commitments in their application in order to participate.

This TransECHO cohort will launch on April 28th, 2021, and will meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month from 2-4pm EST until March 23rd, 2022.
