We are looking for Food, Craft, Information, Community Groups and Corporate Exhibitors whose businesses are based within the Porirua City boundaries.

Applications close at 12pm on Friday 2 May.
Acceptance of any booth application is not guaranteed.

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

All exhibitors businesses must be based within the Porirua City boundaries.

Booths: A power outlet, table, chairs and exhibition shell will be provided by the venue if specified below. AV displays and other services are at the cost of the exhibitor. The number and length of booth side walls may vary depending on the exhibitors assigned location. Larger booths are not guaranteed.

Trucks, caravans or trailers will be allocated a space, nearest the outside of the venue. You will not be able to go outside of the allocated space. No Trucks, caravans & trailers can be driven or parked inside Te Rauparaha Arena.
