Before proceeding with this application, it is important that you acknowledge you meet the eligibility criteria for entry into the Leadership for Clinicians Program.

I have eligible medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia or Medical Council of New Zealand

I have a minimum of three years direct patient care

I have completed an undergraduate medical degree from a recognised Australian or New Zealand university or equivalent

Having acknowledged you meet the eligibility criteria, you may now complete the application form to apply for the Leadership for Clinicians Program in 2025.

Please ensure you have all of the necessary information and attachments ready when completing this form including:-

Copy of your current registration certificate with MBA or MCNZ or registration in your country of practice.
Copy of your current CV
