ACP Parking Lot Pop-Up Proposal

The Arts Council of Princeton (ACP) occasionally books opportunities for performing artists to host Pop-Up Shows in our parking lot at 102 Witherspoon Street. There is no fee paid to accepted acts, but performers will keep all door sales. ACP does not guarantee a minimum attendance. In the event of inclement weather, the event is canceled. If accepted, the Applicant is responsible for:

<li>Booking any openers or co-billed performers</li>
<li>Creating flyer</li>
<li>Managing the door/selling tickets
<ul>
<li>If Applicant chooses to sell advanced tickets, they must provide link for ACP to share.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Working with ACP to find mutually agreeable date</li>
</ul>
ACP is responsible for: 
<ul>
<li>Creating website and Facebook events</li>
<li>Sending calendar announcement to local publications</li>
<li>Securing Noise Permit via municipality</li>
</ul>
