The Addison Circle Park Vision Plan team is building off the community feedback from Survey 1. We are seeking your input on what you want to see in a reimagined park. We want to know the kinds of activities and events you want to see and do during your visits.

Each of the options below represents a framework for thinking about park program. The different elements can be recombined in a variety of ways. Key things to consider are adjacencies (which activities should be located near each other), the size of the space, and how it connects to other activities.

Thank you for taking the Addison Circle Park Community Engagement Survey 2. Please click "Done" when you have completed the survey to submit your responses.
#1 Enhanced Existing

The "Enhanced Existing" builds upon and enhances the existing park program elements. Play for children is located near the new Transit Oriented Development (TOD). The performance pavilion and stage are located on the north side of the lawn to keep sun out of the eyes of guests during evening performances. The water feature is consolidated and reimagined on the east side of the park. An all-ages play area is situated near the Conference Centre to draw people into the park.
#2 The Loop

"The Loop" uses a loop configuration to organize the park and creates new opportunities along the curved path. This option can include fitness nodes along the walking path that lines the central lawn. The event lawns can flex up or flex down for different sized events. A park office is included on the southwest side of the park for a park host and rentable games. A dog area encourages pet relief to one area of the park.
#3 Heart of the Park

"Heart of the Park" creates a strong heart of the park with a performance pavilion and stage at the center of the park. The central location of the pavilion and stage allows for two sided performances. Instead of fitness nodes, there is a fitness area with consolidated equipment. The area around the Conference and Theatre Centre is reconfigured. The water feature is reimagined as a boat pond with a second, smaller fountain at the park entry.
