If you have experience of palliative or end of life care and want to be involved with shaping the way we care for people in the future, please sign up to join our lived experience expert group for palliative and end of life care services and support.

Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life of our people (adults and children) and their families who are facing problems associated with life-threatening or life- limiting illness. People may be referred to as ‘approaching end-of-life’ when they are likely to die within the next 12 months. You can find out more about palliative and end of life care: https://cios.icb.nhs.uk/health/palliative-and-end-of-life-care
