COMMUNITY NEED ASSESSMENT

United Way of Hunt County is conducting a Community Needs Assessment Survey to help explore and identify critical community needs and issues that affect us all. The survey will ask about education, employment, housing, healthcare, and other basic needs. All residents of Hunt County 18 yrs of age and older are welcome to share their honest thoughts on all questions. This survey will take approximately 15 minutes of your time. Please answer ALL questions.

The benefit of this research is that United Way of Hunt County and other organizations in your community will better understand our community needs, the resources available, and the services that are still needed. This information will help us to work together to address services that are needed the most. This survey is anonymous. Please do not include contact information.
