Why we are doing this survey

This research is carried out by Anita Phagura & Associates and RICS in partnership. The goal is to amplify and bring focus on the needs for people with often underrepresented & marginalised ethnic, racial and culture groups within the industry, and to highlight to companies & industry bodies, areas where they can be more proactive.
