The museum will provide each spirit tasting station with:
·      One 6’ rectangular tables and linen
·      Communion cups for tastings
·      Ice
·      Pitchers of water to cleanse glass & palate
·      Volunteers to assist with pouring (if needed)
Please feel free to bring logo runners/tablecloths, logo swag for guests, pop-up banners with your branding, display items to enhance presentation.

* 4. For each product featured, please provide the name and description of the spirit, including the spirit's nose, palate, and finish.

* 5. List the names and emails of any brand representatives that will be serving at your station.

* 6. If you are sending any representatives, what time would your representatives like to arrive to begin setup? Please remember tasting stations should be ready for service at 6:30 PM.

* 7. Do you plan to serve a signature cocktail in addition to pours of your product? If yes, please bring a container for service and an 8½”x11” tasting card with cocktail name/ingredients/description (or provide this information to the Museum so that a tasting card can be made). The spirit provider is responsible for purchasing all cocktail ingredients.
