APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
At the end of this application form you will be asked to submit a brief biography (1-3 paragraphs). We recommend that you write your bio before you fill out this application form as you cannot save a partially completed form. Your bio may be uploaded as a Word or PDF document, or you can enter the text directly into this form. Please choose the option that works best for you.
Selection
After you submit your application you will be contacted by a Leaders in Transition representative to schedule a 20-minute phone interview. The purpose of this conversation is to confirm that the program is a good fit for you and answer any questions you have.
Acceptance & Payment
Successful candidates will be notified as soon as they have been accepted into the program. At that time, a non-refundable $500 tuition deposit is required to confirm your participation. The balance of the payment ($1350) is due on or before November 25, 2016.
Program Dates for Cohort 3
January 20, February 17, March 31, April 21, May 26 and June 23.
