The Authenticity Award - The person you can talk to. Someone who will listen to what you have to say, understand where you’re coming from, and work with you to find a solution.

The Best-Self Award - The person who is willing to step outside of their comfort zone. They are eager to learn and are not afraid to embrace change and explore new opportunities.
