The Westy Craft Brew Fest is back again and we are celebrating 11 years since our first brewfest. Join us this year on Saturday, July 27th 2024.
Event: July 27th 6-9pm.
VIP Event: 5-6pm (600 people)
Minimum number of Breweries: 35
Goal number of Participants: 2500
We will provide
volunteers, ice, dump buckets, trash cans and entertainment.
We will buy the Beer, Cider, Meade or Distilled Spirits (at close to wholesale please!)
Brewers Should Bring:
Table, Canopy and Jockey boxes and associated equipment as well as your brews for 4 hours. Where possible please bring weights for your Canopy or stakes to avoid the canopy blowing over. Representatives from your brewery to answer questions about the beer. We will have a few volunteers to pour if you are short on representatives. One month before the festival we would like to set the brews you are bringing.
Booth Space and Location: The location of your booth will be determined by Westy Craft Brew Fest coordinators. The Vendor must conduct all business within the booth space and not commit any acts that in any way infringe the ability of other vendors to conduct their business.
Take Down: Vendors can start to take down their booth at the end of the event, 9 pm. Vendors are not allowed to tear down before the end of the event. Vehicles may not be driven to the loading zone until all attendees have been cleared.
Rain: There is no rain date for the Westminster Craft Brew Fest so be prepared for any type of weather.
