On behalf of the Brigham and Women's (BWH) Center for Diversity & Inclusion (CDI), we would like to congratulate you on your outstanding accomplishments thus far, and your decision to interview for a residency or fellowship program at Brigham/Mass General Brigham (MGB).
 
During the interview season, we hold a virtual networking reception for LGBTQ+ applicants. This reception is designed to connect LGBTQ+ applicants with LGBTQ+ trainees, faculty, and other LGBTQ+ applicants in an informal setting and discuss "real" life at BWH with those who are here.
