2016/17 NHS England Quality Accounts List Scoping Survey

NHS England requires the providers of National Clinical Audit (NCA) and Clinical Outcome Review Programmes to complete this short survey by 5pm on Wednesday 2nd December 2015, in order that your projects can be considered for inclusion in the 2016/17 Quality Accounts List.

Each January HQIP publishes the Quality Accounts List on behalf of NHS England. Inclusion in the Quality Accounts List will maximise the participation from healthcare providers in your project.

The survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete.

Please note, if you do not complete this survey, your project will not be considered for inclusion in the NHS England 2016/17 Quality Accounts List.

Where a project has more than one work stream, please complete a separate survey for each work stream. A project with multiple work streams is one where there are different cohorts of patients and/or different settings.

The 2016/17 Quality Accounts List will be published in the first week of January on the HQIP website. All projects scoped regardless of whether they are included in the Quality Accounts List will have their details included on the HQIP National Clinical Audit Resource (formerly the Quality Accounts Resource). Further information covering the legislation surrounding Quality Accounts, the legal position of the Quality Accounts List, and the requirements on healthcare providers, will be published on the HQIP website alongside the 2016/17 Quality Accounts List.
