In order to participate in the program:
  • You must be a permanent full-time state employee.
  • You must be in either a human resources or a management service position working in human resources.
  • You must have a headset or speakers, a microphone, and a camera on your computer to participate in the virtual sessions.
  • Your manager must approve your participation. You will need to email them the link below to complete the approval form https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LGNLRXH


Submit the completed application and your manager's approval by no later than November 15, 2024.

Career Level

  • Early Level.  Responsible for performing routine technical and administrative tasks related to HR processes and procedures.  A specialist in a specific support function or a generalist with more limited experience. Titles include, but are not limited to, HR Assistant, HR Analyst 1, FMLA/OFLA Coordinator, or Recruiter.
  • Mid-Level.  Typically a generalist with approximately five years of HR experience.  This level normally works on the interpretation and application of established laws and policies.  Titles include, but are not limited to, HR Analyst 2 or HR Generalist.
  • Senior Level.   Works independently and helps make decisions to the executive level. These decisions have a broad impact involving diverse interests and multiple stakeholders.  This level will work to develop solutions within the laws and policies. Titles include, but are not limited to, HR Analyst 3, Deputy HR Director or Administrator, or Human Resource Consultant 1 or 2.
  • Executive Level.  Typically part of the executive team for the organization and is the agency’s most senior HR leader. Titles include, but are not limited to, CHRO or HR Manager, Director or Administrator.
