Let's Go Post-Program Survey 2023/24

Thank you for completing this survey. Your responses are a key factor in evaluating and improving the Let’s Go program. You will be asked questions about your experiences working with the Let’s Go program and outcomes for you and your students. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Your responses may be shared with the ESD coordinators and District leads. Beyond that, all responses will be aggregated and your name will not be associated with your responses unless we ask for your permission.
