In this survey, we aim to gather the views and perspectives of members of the quantum ecosystem on key topics related to quantum computing. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will be kept confidential and anonymous.
In appreciation of your insights:
1. All participants will receive a report of the results before they are made publicly available.
2. A custom-designed LEGO set with 2,196 pieces, depicting a model of the 2024 QuEra gate-based quantum computer will be provided to one out of every 100 participants.
