Nominating Application for consideration to join the 38th LEAD Clermont Community Leadership Program (CLP) cohort from August-May.

With its roots dating back to 1988, the LEAD Clermont Community Leadership Program provides the greatest exposure to Clermont County, its leaders, and opportunities. This is a high impact, lively leadership and team building program to develop leaders who meet the demands of the moment. During this 10-month program, you’ll develop leadership and team building skills, connect with local business leaders, and build relationships that last far beyond your class experience!


Program Commitment:
. Full-day “Call to LEAD” orientation (August)
. Two-day team-building retreat (September)
. Interactive, in-person, and virtual leadership experiences, including full-day classroom sessions (first Thursday of each month)
. Monthly personal development and team studies
. “Commence to LEAD” celebration (May)
