Help us design and name our NEW DENTAL VAN and win a £25 Love2Shop Voucher!

  • The Special Care Dental Service in Hertfordshire is a referral service for children and adults who are unable to access dental care from their local dentist. This may include very anxious children, adults or children with a learning disability, a complex medical history, a mental health problem or those who require the use of specialist equipment.
  • We are buying a new dental van to drive to areas that have difficulties in accessing this service.
     
  • We want to hear from you about what you think the van should be called and how we could decorate the van. You can either fill out the two short questions in this survey, or if you would prefer to print and colour in a picture of the van, click here.
  • If you are colouring in the van, you can either download and colour the image in on a computer or print it out and colour in by hand.  Once you have finished, save or take a picture of the van and email it to hct.communications@nhs.net. Make sure that your name, telephone number and email address are included in the email.
