The Long Beach Community Development Department is working on a strategic effort to enhance communication and outreach efforts to our stakeholders. As part of this effort, we are conducting a survey to better understand our strengths and opportunities.

Service excellence is our priority, and as such we value your honest feedback regarding what we’re doing well and our opportunities for doing better. Feedback we receive from this survey will help shape communications strategies and tactics to better serve our community.
