STEP 3: Email required photos and documentation detailed below to relief@nashvillefilmmakers.com with the heading "Lastname_Firstname_Company_Date". All assets must be submitted within 24 hours of completing the application or it will be marked invalid.
AVAILABLE AID & QUALIFYING EVENTS
A one time stipend of $600 will be available to single applicants reporting financial hardship due to COVID-19. Approval will be based on qualifying circumstances from verified employment loss, layoff, furlough, gig delays and cancellations, etc.
If we surpass our campaign goal -- and every qualified applicant has received support -- the remaining funds will be re-distributed evenly among approved applicants.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS & DOCUMENTATION
Email to relief@nashvillefilmmakers.com with the heading "Lastname_Firstname_Company_Date"
1) Submit a photo of your personal ID and/or document showing proof of residency in the NASHVILLE metropolitan area.
2) Submit documentation showing current loss of pay due to COVID-19 related shut-downs, delays or cancellations. Support documentation includes emails, paystubs, letters or correspondence from supervisors, employers, or HR departments, etc.
3) (UPDATE) Now that all self-employed workers qualify for unemployment, ALL applicants must provide documentation that an unemployment application was submitted. Acceptable forms of documentation include: photos of received Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development letters, TDLWD application completion emails, etc.
