Street Party Questions

The street party typically includes live music, kids' activities, pot luck supper... all within a blocked off area of Benjamin (no vehicle traffic). The party would likely be held between 4pm and 9pm. Music starting around 5pm; pot-luck supper at 6pm; more music afterwards; other activities throughout the period.
1.It is planned for Sat., June 28th (rain date of Sunday). Would you attend the street party?
2.What would be your preference for food service?
3.Do you have any other suggestions, comments, feedback, etc.?
4.Would you like to see activities for younger kids?
5.If donations are accepted to help defray costs, would you donate to the costs?
6.Would you be able to volunteer for any activities such as setting up tables, taking down tables, general clean-up afterwards, kid's activities?
