Sewage in Staveley

Please help us by completing this short survey of 8 questions (5 minutes to  complete).

On 31st January, the Chief Executive Officer of United Utilities will join us in Staveley to discuss the problems of sewage discharging on to our streets and into our rivers.
The Parish Council wish to present an up to date and accurate picture of our experience.  We hold an excellent record of when sewage is discharged on to the street in heavy and persistent rain but we don’t always know how overflows affect individual properties and/or businesses.

To help us we would like you to complete the following short survey.  While including your name and postcode is optional, the Parish Council wishes to assure you that this personal information will not be disclosed to any other organisations or individuals, and you can request that we delete your information at any point.
1.Have you every experienced foul (sewage) water on your property?
2.If you have experienced foul (sewage) water on your property where was this?
3.If the spill was inside where did the foul (sewage) water emerge?
4.Did you experience spillage during Storm Desmond in December 2015?
5.How often have you experienced spillage(s) since Storm Desmond?
6.Have any steps been taken to avoid spillages happening on your property? (please tick all that apply)
