HeartKids are champions of the heart, delivering impactful services that equip the HeartKids community with information, support services and referral pathways that provide life-long support to those impacted by childhood-onset heart disease (CoHD) and their families.

CoHD is a term that includes both congenital and childhood-acquired heart conditions.

We want your input to help shape the development of resources and services, to provide information when and where needed, in a way that is accessible to all.
