Completing this form indicates that you are reserving a trip for your selected dates. Your reservation is not finalized until you receive a confirmation email, at which point you will be subject to cancellation fees.

(If you are applying as a Title 1 school, and we do not have Museum Access Funds available to cover your costs, you will be contacted prior to confirmation to assess whether or not you would like to proceed with booking.)
