AccelerateIP Program - Service Provider Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the AccelerateIP Program! To become a registered service provider, you must complete the Service Provider Registration Form, which outlines your relevant experience and areas of expertise. Please note that each lawyer, patent agent, and trademark agent in your organization who will be involved in the AccelerateIP Program (Streams 2-2 and 3) must individually complete this form.

This information is being collected by Innovate BC under the Province of British Columbia’s Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act (FOIPPA).  Innovate BC is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy identifies what information is collected about you and how it’s used by Innovate BC when you visit innovatebc.ca (the “Site”), apply to one of our programs, us any of our services, or communicate with Innovate BC.
