As February approaches, we will contact you to confirm your tickets, and answer any questions you may have.
Each event is ticketed. We will confirm your tickets well before you receive them. In the weeks before event, we will email you the actual digital tickets.
We will distribute tickets based on media qualifications, outlets and ticket availability.
Lodging, Access and FAQs
All approved media will be given VIP entry to both Grand Tastings and have access to the private Media Lounge with scores of wines to sample.
Based on ticket sales, some seminars and dinners may be unavailable. We will know closer to the event which are available.
In most cases, WOPN cannot provide lodging for media this year. Also, it should be noted the Bacara is fully booked for the weekend. Still, there are a several nearby hotels and WOPN has secured significant discounts.
